Fronheiser Pools is a family owned and operated swimming pool and spa construction, retail and service business that caters to customers in the greater Berks, Montgomery, Lehigh, Bucks, and Chester County areas of Southeastern Pennsylvania. It has locations in Bally (HQ) and Sinking Spring, Pa.

History
Fronheiser Pools began in the summer of 1965 as a part-time business run by Kenneth Fronheiser. Ken’s son, Ronald Fronheiser, began working full-time with Fronheiser Pools in 1971 after graduating from Penn State University. Under the guidance of his father, Ron helped to grow the business into one of the premier swimming pool construction firms in the region.
Unfortunately, the community and Fronheiser Pools mourned the loss of Ken Fronheiser in 2005. His legacy has been carried on by Ron and his sons, Jason and Adam Fronheiser.
As recently as 2010, the company numbered more than 60 employees, as Fronheiser Pools customarily limits its use of subcontractors.
Products and Services
In addition to after-sale service and maintenance, Fronheiser Pools has a newly expanded line of inground pools, which includes vinyl-liner, gunite and fiberglass styles.
The company also offers spas from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs and Viking Spas, custom designed patio furniture products, BioGuard pool chemicals, and all supplies needed for any pool or hot tub.
Fronheiser’s Christmas Shoppe, a seasonal operation, offers one of the area’s largest selections of Christmas décor October through December.
