History
Ed and Margaret Bell opened Adventure Hot Tubs & Pools in September 2006. Margaret Bell is a Sarasota native with experience in retailing, marketing, event management and community relations for The John and Mabel Ringling Museum of Art and Ringling School of Art and Design. Margaret also opened and operated a bookstore in Sarasota, and is an accomplished visual artist.
Ed Bell is an Ohio native from the Cleveland area who was formerly sales manager at Rossiter's Harley-Davidson in Sarasota. An experienced mechanic, Ed has two decades of experience in pool and spa service and repairs. He is a Florida-certified pool/spa contractor, fully licensed by the state of Florida.
Ed and Margaret Bell opened Acme Pool Service in 1999. Acme maintains more than 200 residential pools in Manatee and Sarasota counties, and offers repairs and service on all pumping, filtration and heating systems, and sells pool heaters, salt chlorinator systems and full automation systems.
Products
Adventure offers a wide selection of swim spas and hot tubs, including lines by Jacuzzi, Dimension One, Hydropool and Nordic Hot Tubs. It also offers fiberglass pools by Viking and Blue Hawaiian, as well as parts, chemicals and accessories.
